Both Ian Ivers and Ross Napier, the principals and owners of Magnetic Island First National, have been involved with Real Estate on Magnetic Island for a collective period of 35 years. 

The business bases its operations around competent staff that are multi-skilled in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry. From selling real estate, managing residential property portfolios, holiday reservations, general marketing, valuations, specialised project management, specialised project marketing and feasibilities
